Spend eight days well off the tourist trail with winery visits that still feel personal and dinners shaped by the day's market finds

Step into the rhythm of French village life with Asheville Wine Market and Pieton Market Tours as we explore the best independent wineries and the vibrant weekly food markets of France. Each morning, we'll join our local guest chef and tour through a different village market—scoping out what's fresh, meeting local vendors, and loading up on the best produce, fish, and meats each market has to offer. Lunch is at a favorite neighborhood spot, the kind of place locals actually frequent. Afternoons are for visits to independent wineries, Roman ruins, olive oil producers, and medieval castles. We'll head back to our home base at the Mas and enjoy an aperitif while our Chef preps a relaxing dinner.
